Free, and usually within the hour. I have access to private wholesale hotel rates that aren't published to the public. Send me what you're looking at, I'll check mine against it, and I'll give you a straight answer either way — including "no, book it, that's a good price."
Or call (689) 399-4553. Planning something bigger? Group trips are the other half of what I do →
Three steps, none of them yours except the first one.
A link, a screenshot, or just the hotel name and your dates. Text is fastest. Nothing to sign up for.
Through my host agency I can see wholesale hotel rates the public never sees. I compare them to the price on your screen.
If I can beat it, I send you the number and you decide. If I can't, I tell you to book what you found. That happens, and I'd rather say it.
Why I can sometimes beat the price you're seeing
Hotels release rooms to wholesalers at rates below the public price. Working under my host agency, I can book at those rates. When the wholesale rate comes in under what you found, part of that gap comes back to you as a lower price and part of it is how I get paid. Nothing is added to your bill, and there's no fee for asking.
Not every hotel, not every date. Sometimes the public rate genuinely is the best one — and then I'll say so.
Anything where more than one household is trying to agree on something. That's where the wheels come off, and that's where I'm useful. It costs you nothing extra — I'm paid a commission by the resorts and cruise lines, not by travelers.
Eight people, eight opinions, one group chat that never agrees. I turn it into two clear options and a deadline.
Room blocks, guest lists, everyone paying separately — without the couple becoming the travel agency for their own wedding.
Cabins held together, payments tracked separately. I hold the block, set the deadlines and chase the stragglers. Nobody loses a deposit because they forgot a date.
The system I use, written down: how room blocks actually work, how to let everyone pay separately, the timeline that stops things collapsing three weeks out, and the seven mistakes that wreck group trips. Fill this in and it lands in your inbox. I read every one of these myself.
Just want a hotel price checked? That's faster by text — send it here.
Nothing, and there's no catch attached to it. You send me a hotel, I tell you whether I can do better. If I can't, you've lost five minutes and you go book the thing you found.
That's the target during the day, and most checks are quicker than that. Late at night or on a weekend it might be the next morning — I'll tell you when to expect it rather than leave you hanging.
Hotels sell rooms to wholesalers below the public rate. Through my host agency I can book at those rates. When that rate beats what you found, you pay less than the public price and I'm paid out of the gap rather than out of your pocket.
Correct. Travel suppliers pay advisors a commission out of their own margin. That commission exists whether you use an advisor or not — booking direct just means the supplier keeps it. There's no markup on your price.
Groups generally start making sense around 8 rooms or 10 travelers, because that's when blocks and group rates unlock. Smaller than that and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it.
Yes — and they should. Individual travelers pay their own deposits and balances on their own cards, to their own deadlines. You don't front the trip and you don't chase anyone. That's my job.
Through my agent storefront, which is where quotes, bookings and travel documents are issued by Archer Travel Service, Inc. I'll send you the exact link once we've settled on options — or you can browse it now.
Free, no account, and a straight answer either way.
